Terms of Service

RoadStamper is an AI-powered personalized travel itinerary generation service for South Korea. The service is published by Meet The Muse SARL (RCS Luxembourg B293015), a company incorporated under Luxembourg law.

The service includes: a preference questionnaire, day-by-day itinerary generation, collectible regional stamps, and access to local data via Kakao and Naver APIs.

Generating a personalized itinerary requires a one-time payment of €19 (VAT included where applicable). This payment is processed securely by our partner Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.

Access to the generated itinerary is immediate and unlimited in time after payment. No subscription is required.

In accordance with Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

The itinerary is generated and delivered immediately after payment; therefore, no refund is possible. By proceeding with payment, you expressly acknowledge being informed of this condition and waive your right of withdrawal.

By using RoadStamper, you agree to:

— Provide accurate information during registration and use of the service.

— Not attempt to circumvent security measures or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service.

— Not use the service for unlawful purposes or in ways contrary to these terms.

— Not reproduce, copy, or distribute generated itineraries for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

All elements of the RoadStamper service (interface, code, brand, logo, editorial content) are the exclusive property of Meet The Muse SARL or its partners and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Generated itineraries are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit this content without written consent from Meet The Muse SARL.

Itineraries generated by RoadStamper are provided for informational and advisory purposes only. They do not constitute professional travel advice. Meet The Muse SARL is not liable for any inaccuracies, changes, or unavailability of places, activities, or information mentioned in the itineraries.

Meet The Muse SARL's total liability, regardless of cause, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the service (€19). Meet The Muse SARL is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

RoadStamper is a travel planning aid. The user remains solely responsible for their travel decisions, including bookings, visas, and safety conditions.

These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg City, Luxembourg.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you benefit from the protections afforded by the law of your country of residence.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
