Data Controller
Meet The Muse SARL is a company incorporated under Luxembourg law, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number RCS B293015. It is the data controller for the processing of your personal data in connection with the RoadStamper service.

Data We Collect
When using RoadStamper, we collect the following categories of data:
— Account and authentication: email address, Google OAuth profile (name, profile picture) when signing in with Google.
— Travel data: generated itineraries, travel preferences, collected stamps, earned badges.
— Payment data: transaction information processed by Paddle (transaction ID, amount). We never store your banking details.
— Usage data: pages visited, service interactions, anonymized IP address, browser type.
Purposes of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
— Account creation and management (legal basis: performance of contract).
— Generation of your personalized AI itinerary (legal basis: performance of contract).
— Personalization of your experience and saving your preferences (legal basis: consent).
— Processing the one-time €19 payment (legal basis: performance of contract).
— Service improvement and anonymous statistical analysis (legal basis: legitimate interest).
Data Retention
We retain your data for the following periods:
— Account data and itineraries: retained until account deletion or upon request.
— Payment data: 7 years in accordance with Luxembourg legal accounting obligations.
— Connection logs: maximum 12 months.

Your GDPR Rights (Articles 15–22)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
— Right of access (Art. 15): obtain a copy of your personal data.

— Right to data portability (Art. 20): receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
